Hi

I have two parcels awaiting on prezoom but when i go to make the payment, it does not accept any of my credit/debit cards. Keeps saying credit card authorisation failed. I have tried the using the same cards on other websites and in super market afterwards and i have no problem making the payment. No matter how much i try, it keeps failing with prezoom. I have ofcourse money on the cards and also right account details.

Any help?

So far i have tried 2 different debit cards and 3 credit cards and they all do the same. I did email them and even left a facebook message on their facebook page but still havent heard back from them.

I had the same problem. Parcel sitting at USA depot, waiting for payment to Prezoom. All options to pay by credit card or Paypal led to a blank page. Email sent to prezoom before Christmas not acknowledged and no payment instructions. I would be very wary of dealing with Prezoom in future.

I have a similar problem with Prezoom and at the moment I think I will only use them once..

Ordered from Apple UK Store on 9th Apr Expected Delivery on the 12th

Had Nothing from Prezoom so Emailed them to various emails/posted on Facebook/Geekzone user etc on the 16th
No response until 24 Hours Later on the 17th and they wanted details of courier
They found my Parcel from apple and now wanted the value of it.. so sent Apple Invoice
They said ok and I should be able to pay for shipment in a few mins..
24 Hours later It still wasn't showing but showed up
Waited a while and I can see it on Prezoom . Now to Pay.. Failed CC. I'll try another. and it says I cannot try again :-(

Seems its impossible to pay. Emailed them again asking them to help so they sent me another link. Tried to use 2 * NZ CC's and a Payoneer CC and they all fail to process.

Now.. Still waiting for a way to Actually Pay.... :-(. It seems lots of people have trouble actually paying form geekzone/facebook and other forums I've read.

Anyone know a better UK Shipper I can use in the Future?

Still waiting for them to reply and tell me how I can pay.. 3 emails over 48 hours and still no response from Prezoom.....
