if you log into the IRD to do your IR stuff on line you will find it directing you to the Inland Revenue mobile web app. Unfortunately that leads you to no-where as you cant log in.
I've tested the site using Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer so it isnt browser based - its another total shambles.
Why am I peeved about this?
Logging in last month to do my GST I found their system broken so couldnt get GST payments done on time - their fault, my penalty.
Logging in last month to get PAYE done on line - that was broken (we have been trying to get it done online since Nov last year when we applied for it but the IRD still cant get that right. We didnt have a paper form so we were running late trying to get it sorted from out of town. ) Again our liability - their fault .
IR Secure mail - loses emails (three in the last two months).
Now we can even log into the IRD to do anything. I didn't put aside my afternoon , drive across town to the office to do tax work so that I can be told - sorry yet again.
Come on IRD - if you web site is this cruddy - goodness knows what your tax calc stuff is like.
I've lost 7 hours this month trying to get stuff done on their site. Please - get it right.
