It's Sunday afternoon, it's too hot to leave the general vicinity of the aircon unit, and I am bored so here's a discussion starter...

Any Kiwibank users here who's "Kiwibank online relationship manager" is not named John?

My guy's name is Dan.

What has been the typical reply time for most people's enquiries using online secure mail?
Mine have usually been around 24 hours, but sometimes up to 72 hours.

Never the 24 hours they say and usually up to 72 hours.

Traditionally I would always pickup the phone to deal with customer support issues if I have the choice cos I want to deal with a human being in real time.

I originally got onboard with this new(ish) kiwibank feature cos I liked the idea of having customer enquiries in written form, which was a good idea that since has been outweighed by the awful delay and lack of message print options.

Nice to hear there is also a Dan and therefore a small chance my John might actually be a human being after all.

My wife's assigned Kiwibank "online relationship manager" is named Dan (might be the same Dan already mentioned, who knows) and mine is named "Becks."

I've no results on speed of response to add to the thread, as I've never sent a query.
