when you get your paypal account verified by doing the expanded use enrollment then checking your credit card statement then entering the expanded use number and your account is verified. what happens when you want to delete that credit card and add a new credit card? does your paypal account become unverified again and do u you have verify your paypal account again with your new credit card?

I don't remember what happens... But my credit card numbers changed since my first enrollment and I didn't have to anything. But again the account was the same.

You only have to verify if your credit card billing address change... I don't think changing the card number will need verify. I didn't do mine.
