Restart modem/router and try again.

They've updated their apps so you need to download the latest one. Unfortunately their new one requires ios 5 so people who have older devices can no longer use it which sucks. Not sure why a banking app needs to be using ios or newer, especially when online banking on a pc running a 10 year old os can access their online banking, but not a mobile device that is 3 years old.

Who is your ISP? What DNS records are you using?

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Banking won't work on a 10 year old browser so that's a bit of a moot point.

It will work on a 10 year old OS though with a browser than is over 3 years old. It is the OS version that is the limiting factor with their app not downloading on older mobile devices. Other companies do still provide apps that work on older ios versions, so not sure why some NZ apps aren't made to be compatible with older iOS versions, or they disable them.
But I am sure banks will lend you money to buy a new mobile device, but isn't environmentally friendly if you need to keep buying new devices.

Could be your account. I get this from time to time, and when I contact ANZ they say there is no problem. It isn't the most reliable system, and they have been having problems lately with their systems according to the media. http://www.odt.co.nz/news/national/271819/problems-anz-online-banking-reports
