I purhcased something from an online store, and they never supplied it to me. They said they would refund my card for the purchase, but never did, and also emailed them about the order, and they never replied. I have now applied to my bank for a chargeback, but wondered if the retailer gets charged a fee for a chargeback? This wasn't paid for via paypal, so presume it was a normal bank merchant account.

Yes, they are charged a fee. $75 by my recollection.

Thanks for that, I had heard something like that, but couldn't find any info on it.
