Couldn't see where on here this would fit better so here goes...

Trying to repay my MIL for something she bought for us and can login and edit payments fine but fail in the last step with "an unexpected error has occurred" in both the IOS app, Safari and Chrome.

Doesn't seem to make a difference if I'm using my Windows laptop or my cellphone. Have tried 3G and on my Skinny homeBB.

Anyone else having issues today?

Being daylight savings day I'm guessing it might be due to a date mismatch, but they're a 'major' bank for goodness sake!

Mine working fine,

Of a bigger concern is that the login page caches my login details, is this normal for a bank login with windows 10.

It's up to the website to tell the browser whether to cache creds or not.

Personally I though KB used 2FA so you couldn't login with just a username/password combo anyway.

Yes it does have 2FA, sent them an email anyway, I would assume on the third wrong "question letter", the online account would be locked out.

Not worried about my PC, but my cached/saved passwords will be up in the cloud with Google and Firefox as all my PC's are linked,

just tried my other PC and same cached account and password on Firefox 49.

Note about browser caching below, obviously does not work on Firefox.

Thanks for the confirmations, I then tried deleting and reinstalling the app and got the same error. Thankfully resetting my password seemed to fix this on the web, though the IOS app still seems FUBAR.

Have logged it to my 'bank manager' on there so will see where that goes next.

This was my error:

I got the same error with an attempted transfer between two accounts, but it worked on the second try.

Interestingly Fastnet Classic (ASB) also seems to be buggered this morning - seems like a mighty big coincidence. I think daylight savings must have broken something.
