Hi,

I've recently transferred funds from my PayPal account to my ASB Bank Account.  I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this, and how long it took approx.?  I know BNZ takes around 24 hours but what is ASB like?

Thanks!

Does it normally appear at night or different times?

I don't transfer money from PayPal that often. So I can't really say. I normally check my bank account in the morning so I would expect it by 10am.

The ASB website says the following:

Payments are received from other banks between 8:30am and 12:15 am. Money received by ASB will be credited to your account within 1 hour.

It used to be quite reliable and consistent taking about 36 hours, but since earlier this year it has been far more erratic with it talking less than 18 hours sometime, but wandering out to over 48 hours more often than not. Apparently the time of day you setup the transaction can also have a big impact on the time it takes.
