So I find out tax packages should of been mailed by end of 31 may

and still havent got one to fill in and send back.

so I thought I try the online system and see if its was up there

as time is running out as 7th july is cut of date it says.

however I didnt get a text activation code and it keeps saying on login

page only option is to call them.

so I called 3 times with 20-30min gaps to go through all the process

of telling the computer numbers and dob etc for it to say theyre overloaded

and try to do it online LOL

never thought it would be so hard to pay tax.. but I suspect I have a refund

and they want to slow it down. just kiddin.. but what a prick of a system

is it run by monkeys? over paid IT people who do nothing

also, I will add got a email via spark claiming I had a refund from IRD

I knew it would be a phishing email sure had shortURL and the web page

had stolen all their logos LOL

as if you get service like that.. IRD automatically processing your YTD totals from

firms and sending refund as normally you have to added and sub all the numbers

yourself on work sheets
