I haven't been able to get on since Saturday -- initially, it was because of an upgrade, now it is

 

"Our online services are unavailable.

 

Our system is experiencing difficulties. Please log out and try again later. We appreciate your patience.

(only Secure Mail is available).  They have my money, I need it!

I can say I see the same thing when I log in.

 

I developed the first iteration of that system e-services system, many years ago now!

It was down for me all weekend too, although went back up last night. The login down page shows copyright 2007 on it, and looks like the page is from that era as well.

That's probably about when l developed the first iteration. Shame there's no way to generate the current date in Java ;)

Yes, back for me now too.  That was a *very* long outage.  Still got to wait another month for my rebate, which I spent already...  

 

What a clunky website (sorry @timmmay--probably was state of the art when you did it), about time they updated the whole bloody system.

It used to be a decent little website, but they manged it a while back. It's probably due a complete refresh.

Yeah, there was an upgrade "to allow bill payment via the website", that put the website off-line during terminal tax week resulting in a news item about people not being able to pay terminal tax.

Since then the website has been a buggy mess.

Thanks for feedback. I can't get in using Chrome so I  just used Firefox and Edge and I can get in. Must be a Chrome problem.
