Hi

I'm wanting to purchase an iPad on eBay au using one of their promo codes (20%).

The promo code ts an cs state I need an Aussie eBay account and Aussie PayPal account for it to work. I can take an eBay account but is anyone aware how to do the same for PayPal, is there some sort of virtual card I can apply from NZ and use to get my Aussie PayPal account to work?

Without breaking the Aussie Paypal T&C I don't think there are many ways around this one.

 

Maybe you could call up an Aussie mate to pay for the item for you, using their paypal account?
