Applic just updated, can temp block credit card, and can also turn off pay wave.

I’ve turned pay wave off, as I always use Apple Watch if contactless, don’t think it blocks Apple Pay.

If I lose my card, someone can’t go waving it for under $80? Amounts.

It says if temp block credit card, recurring payments still go through.
Not sure if this means I can block, and my Sky payments will still happen.

Welcome addition, though I think ASB is still way ahead in this area.

Normally means a recurring payment is really a Direct Debit or called a standing order it will still get posted to the card as governed by visa and MasterCard rules not the bank. The temp block just means can't be used for one off online or shop transactions. CoOp have had this for awhile as well good option if you miss place your card and want to look for it before reporting it lost or stolen
