anybody know a way i could add $4.50 to my paypal as i added my bank account but it says i cant transfer money using this bank account

what can i do as i there is an item i want to get that is on sale tomorrow only thanks

You can't add cash from a NZ account. If the store accepts PayPal you pay from a credit card linked to your account.
