My business partner and I share a business phone for our office.

We have been getting these crypto investment scam phone calls who address us by my partner's name, they have also sent him emails for "https://bitky.io" account registrations.

They have just started today and have been calling every few minutes, sometimes representing a different business.

How did they get this email? We have only given this email to one client and this phone number is in my name. Is our client (New Zealand based) spamming us with crypto scam phone calls?

Unsure or not whether this is off topic or not.
But last week my mother received an email out of the blue from “Geeksquad securitys” regarding apparent purchase made with her card and to call a number to reverse the charges.
Now enough of the back story and I will get to my point - she is prudent giving out her email, and will use a secondary email for any non-essential purposes, but, the number in the email was an 04 889 xxxx number. Majority of the NZ numbers you had calling are 04/09 88x xxxx so is it fair to speculate there is some sort of link here?
The 88x code blocks in both Auckland and Wellington are allocated to Symbio Wholesale. Can someone with more knowledge insight me to which provider these would have come from?

-e- side note, I also noticed that some of the NZ numbers have shown up for you as an incorrect format. CID spoofing?
