Has anyone discovered that they are unable to top up their snapper card or view their balance since upgrading to Internet Explorer 8? The Snapper site crashes IE whenever I try to do anything with it, and the result is the same in Firefox. This is a step backwards from before when I was just able to coax top-ups out of the system if I were willing to persevere with a series of confusing prompts and messages.

Since upgrading to IE 8 a few weeks ago I have not experienced any other problems whatsoever with any other web site.

Are they ever going to fix this? It seems to me that they're promoting a service that they're unable to deliver.

Have you tried running IE in Compatibility View mode? Click "Page" and set the Snapper pages for that mode, or use for the full browsing...

No, using that setting yields the same result.

I mentioned this to @teamsnapper on Twitter a while back and was supposed to be fixed. Was a dodgy ActiveX control. You may need to remove the current one and reinstall
