I've just been on the phone to them setting up my new accounts. Their website has been a bit flaky for the last week or so. I haven't looked at it before then. Internet Banking is still up (But I'm not going to link you to it) :)

Not responding for me, on TelstraClear.

In the future, when asking about this kind of things make sure you say which ISP you are using - it could be a problem on your provider and other could help identify it.

Looks like Kiwibank blocks ICMP packets, and so they should.
