Hi

I'm getting real frustrated with paypal trying to load my bank acc to withdraw funds. The problem is the hyphen on my BNZ acc is between the 7th and 8th digits but the paypal system only accepts the hyphen between the 8th and 9 digits.
Here is how my acc looks xxxxxx xxxxxxx-083
What have others done to overcome this as paypal offer nothing that helps

thx

It actually says the hyphen is in the 8th or 9th position.. not between the 8th and 9th digits

Bank Number (6 digits) xxxxxx
Account Number (9 or 10 digits with hyphen in 8th or 9th position) xxxxxxx-083

Easy as that..

Add a leading zero to account number and remove the leading zero from 083.

IIRC Paypal gives instructions that NZ a/c suffixes are two digits. enter your account as xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xx (6,7,2)
