Hi! I'm new and I just have a quick enquiry to be answered ASAP. Thought geekzone would be a good place to try. Im trying to do a one off payment with online banking but when I insert the account number details I can only insert 2 digits in the suffix area, but the account I want to transfer money to has a 3 digit suffix e.g 031. This is because I'm transferring money through from one different NZ bank to another. Does anyone know if I just leave the 0 out and just put in 31? Have enquired about this with my bank but they said they will contact me soon. Can't be bothered waiting :( I hope my enquiry makes sense ...

Drop the 0 and just put the last 2 digits as the suffix.

+1 Agree. My online banking has specific instructions which say exactly that :  )
