Good morning all,

Long time reader, first time writer. I've been in the IT industry for a number of years following on from being a computer enthusiast since my ZX Spectrum 48k.

I started on AS400s in NZ and England. Now working for the government administering SAS environments.

I love tech (but can't afford it) and have recently been convert to the Way of the Apple after years of building my own PCs.

Welcome to Geekzone!!

I used to work at a place that used to use an AS400 (JBA) based system.
They switch over to Microsoft Dynamics AX, and productivity went down the toilet.

There's something to be said for a system based mainly on a keyboard, as opposed to a mouse.
Especially when it involves a lot of data entry for processing.
