A few of you will know I'm off to Europe in June to celebrate my 40th birthday on the 1st July drinking beer in Munich with Scott (everybody else is welcome to come if they want to find there own way there!)

I was thinking of a few drinks once I get back that could involve a whisky tasting. Are there any dates that suit any of you Wellington folks such as Steve, Ross and Scott who are on shifts?

Any date for me is good - only plans at the moment are Sydney this month and Singapore next month...

Why are you only paying for my flights? These guys deserve equal treatment.

When do you get back?

Speaking for Steve also here... Saturday 25th July is currently free for me, and I think that would work for Steve's days off also.

My rosters changing as I'm heading off to the airport to sort out Scott and keep an eye on his unruly colleagues from 18 May. Book 25th July in - if necessary I'll take leave.

Between Scott and yourself, what 6 whiskies will you getting duty free?

I am confirmed to visit Singapore from 1st - 4th June so I will make sure to grab some of this liquid as well. Any suggestions for something different so we can have some variety? I am thinking of trying a Lagavulin if you folks don't mind?
