@pdjackson002 That sends a fault to their team. On the first instance they'll investigate it. It doesn't go straight through to Chorus. Just put it in the notes and I am sure they'll take care of it ASAP.

UPDATE: By magic or the ticket I logged or someone behind the scenes - but routing is now restored for me.
Thankyou.

Fixed now. Not sure if it was the ticket or seeing this that was the trigger. But fixed.
@Quic - the log a fault could do with being in a better location - under support maybe, AND it could also be clearer that this logs to Quic.
Cheers.
I did also ping somebody at Quic so not sure if it was me or the ticket :)

Just noticed that latency here has jumped up again from around 9-10am today.
Averaging 28ms when it normally sits at 13ms.

Latency here has dropped back down to around 12ms since about 4:30pm. 😎

Same here. Was down for about 5-6 minutes.
I am a bit miffed that the internet crapped out, cut off my work which specifically needed internet.
I really don't mind if it cuts out late at night or similar but at 4:00 PM is pretty annoying.
Ditto.
I started troubleshooting and the interesting thing is I had some degree of connectivity.. e.g. I could ping public multiple DNS servers with ICMP, but timed out trying to resolve via them.

Mike
yeah same here.. joined 2 days ago to get rid of issues from 2deg connections. until now when I was in a teams meeting presenting and suddenly no one can hear me.. although i could hear all.
Also, not sure of the empty data here -
Very briefly affected here too, a few latency spikes and packet loss here and there but otherwise fine.
Edit - dropped again before I could even hit submit.
systemd: Unfortunately I'm encountering the same issue, my net dropped earlier today during the initial fault but hasn't bounced back yet.
PPPoE is up, I'm receiving my static IP but routing ends beyond the second hop out into the world wide web.
Have submitted a fault, so now I wait patiently with my fingers crossed that can be sorted out tomorrow :)
Just to update on my previous comment since I can't edit it anymore - my original issue was resolved early this morning, turned out to be an odd routing issue similar to the OP.

Back up again here and Quic have posted a status update:

More than just the website, portal & DNS as I don't use Quic's DNS servers yet still having issues.
