Oh man! I am unable to work.. But it isn't affecting everything it seems. GZ loads fine.. keep getting disconnected on Teams, Google goes unresponsive frequently.

An update would be nice to find out if this is expected to continue for long and if I need to go to the office to work for the rest of the day!

Atm, seeing high packet loss at pe2-akl2 node

Coming from an engineer myself my advice is - the answer to the question "how long until it is fixed' is a very difficult question to answer. I'd probably just go into the office if I were you.

I understand they're busy with work, but that's piss-poor customer service and problematic management of this process.

It's 10 o'clock and half the internet drops in and out and even their "extended maintenance" should be over since 8:30.

@quic expects me to pay the monthly invoice, it's reasonable to expect being able to use their service.

Teams is yoyoing all right and it's definitely a Quic issue.

I guess one of the most important platforms people use for work not reachable at all because traffic is going round in circles is "sub-optimal", yes.

Having issues with Microsoft 365 services at the moment.

Outlook keeps saying it can't connect to Exchange and I can't access the admin portal. :(

Status update here: https://status.quic.nz/issues/6570e55a4a0ebd17a87dde15

They're aware, and working through the problems. This is a roll forward change, not a roll back because they're keen on getting their new network in before Christmas to avoid future issues. I know it is frustrating but just be kind folks.

We've had a couple of people sign up with us for temporary Port 2 connections to tide them over through the outages, happy to do more, with the assumption you go back to Quic when the issues are sorted. (I'm not here to kick Quic while they're down and poach customers!! And we're more expensive :) )

Can verify also - I've got a 2nd port connection via @danfaulknor currently as a backup. They have direct Vetta peering.

I really want to keep supporting them but man they better put something nice in our collective xmas stockings to make up for this.
