Well they have done something, somewhere because my connect was very poor before. I am just happy I can use the internet without the issues I had.

They haven't done anything to the old network yet - that has been in a state of basically a change freeze since the last outage. To be honest I'd say the problem was highly likely to be in relation to something on your device or network to begin with.

But after tonight things should be awesome for all.

Congratulations to the team at Quic!  I am sure it's great to have this one behind you.  Working fine here in Wellington, thanks.

Cannot confirm as things look worse at home at the moment.

Download speed has got better as consistently getting 900 down now.
Previously would be 700-800.
Upload has got much worse as can’t get over about 180 now.
Previously would be 350-400.
Latency has gone from 12-13ms to around 35-40ms.

But Quic are still tweaking things so will try again later.

@CYaBro I think one of their transit providers didn’t play ball but that should be resolved today. They’re still tweaking stuff too.

Is IPoE/DHCP working now? Because I just tried it and couldn't get it to work. Maybe I just missed something.

Some latencies seem higher, but otherwise packet loss and jitter is significantly lower so I call that a win!

Not yet, I'm sure @quic will have an update for everyone regarding that at some point, but all I can say is that they've been working incredibly hard fine tuning the IPoE setup, and it is simply awesome.

@CYaBro Also noticed the speed drop. Have raised this and they'll check it out tomorrow. They're just dealing with the vitally important stuff today and will sort the smaller niggles over the next few days.
