Oh, joy. Hopefully it'll sort itself out, but when I had a similar issue with Voyager it took a switch to Quic to fix it!

Interestingly, my Warcraft latency (which is what twigged me to the problem in the first place) has now returned to normal despite pings to the BNG still being high! The joy of the Internet...
