Eva888:

Opens fine using Safari browser on One NZ.

Is this using iCloud private relay?
If you are, the ip of OP would most likely be the issue.

Received an update from Mail.com customer support on 27/06/2025:

"There is no problem on our end.  Please try contacting your internet service provider.  If they can allow you to enter the website.  It seems being firewalled."

Opening problem report in Quic.

It appears to be working at my end now, even though it wasn't when you first posted this thread. I can't fully test as I don't have a login, but it's at least connecting to login.mail.com now.

That's a bit of a deflection. I would push back.

I am in the same subnet block as Michael and I also get '07:48:03.685420 [0-0] == Info: OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection reset by peer in connection to login.mail.com:443'

If I jump on One NZ (AS9500). One NZ can't even resolve (and this could be an entirely different issue).

Failing that, find an network where you can login and forward all email and migrate.
