Unfortunately we're not in control of how long the process takes. With that being said open up a problem report ticket via your Quic portal and we will assign an IP from a different subnet.

Note this is a one way change and only for those in the affected subnet.

Please also note if you're on IPoE you will lose connectivity for ~10minutes for provisioning to apply the change
PPPoE is near instant :)

Thanks.

Think I can wait a couple more days rather than having to update my IP everywhere :D

Thanks for the update :)

I find myself with the same problem noted in this thread, can't watch TVNZ or ThreeNow content.

I also have a static IPv4 and assigned IPv6 range that has been the same since I joined.

This issue is dragging, I don't really want to have to change IP address to fix it as it means a bunch of work updating DNS etc.

That said if there seems to be no end in sight I may be forced to request the offered change to another static address just to keep my family happy and my sanity intact :)

Quic team - any updates on how long this will take? It's been weeks for me now :(

With thanks.

Same here now.....   Lotto is now completely dead for us. But TVNZ works fine.

Switching to another IP isn't really a fix....  more of a band aid until the same thing potentially occurs on that range.

Please give the geo feed bunch a swift kick on our behalf.

The problem is it's fully out of Quic's hands now as they've made the changes weeks ago. Content providers and geolocation services now need to catch up.

Luckily it is not trouble for me to change my IP, so one switcheroo later, everything is back to normal (for now at least)!

Big thanks to the @quic team and @simplepotato

Can someone advise how to get Discovery Plus working again after this DNS issue?

Not at all related to Quic and that service isn't available in NZ. Please ask in the unblocking forums which you're a member of.
