I'd far prefer a roll forward fix than go back and start all over again another night.
Is it ideal no, complaining about not being able to work on your consumer connections... If it's that important just hotspot from your phone for a bit.

Unfortunately, today has to be the day even on hotspot I'm having issues with Teams calls and that's with a totally different telco.

Always the perfect storm but my 2ndary connection goes live with Prodigy at 1300hrs so that should keep me moving.

Just note that it is not your entire connection that has gone down, it is only some.

If any of you need a temporary way to do work while this is ongoing and can load a Wireguard VPN then feel free to ping me and I can provide you a Wireguard VPN over my Prodigi backup connection (which has direct Vetta/Quic peering).

Since 12:17 I cannot access any IPv4 services, but IPv6 sites are working just fine, anyone else?

Yep also been hard down for the last ~20 minutes.

Initially I had no connectivity past the BNG on traceroutes, I rebooted my end and was unable to establish a new ppp connection until 12:34:46

I'm a recent convert to Quic from a large ISP. Has been really good until today.

I'm working from home and have been having connection drop outs since 9am. I have to connect to a work VPN from my laptop and then can use Outlook, Teams etc. Was on calls were it would just freeze from a fibre dropout. Service would be back fairly quickly, but I'd have to reconnect to the VPN and rejoin meetings. I had my phone as a backup but tough to do some meetings when trying to present

I've probably had to do 10 or so restarts to date.

I'm hopeful this resolves really quickly as otherwise I'll have to switch back to my old ISP. They are more expensive but never had these types of issues with them.

Looks like they are rolling back based on their status page. https://status.quic.nz/issues/6570e55a4a0ebd17a87dde15

Our network team has made the decision to rollback our network migration completed overnight. This will cause an interruption to services while network elements are rolled back to their previous states.Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. A full debrief of todays events will be conducted to determine the root cause of these issues before completing this migration again.Updates to follow as this rollback is completed.
