Lost internet for around five mins earlier, but now has been out for around 15 mins.

Status pages, and ONT diagnostics aren't showing any issues.

Anyone else in Wellington seeing an outage?

Seems to be back up.

Curious if it was just me or anyone else noticed it.

I didn't experience it but my SmokePing was unable to reach bng1 around that time so I'd say there was a glitch.
