Hi. The connection on our Walker plan stopped earlier this evening. The ONT status is showing as ‘interrupted’. Most of the time it says ‘Degraded’ but on this slow plan it’s not an issue. The lights are green in the ONT, none of the two routers I’ve tried can get the WAN up. Is this a Quic issue?

Most likely an LFC issue. Log a fault with Quic.

ONT status of "interrupted" is indicating the LFC network can't see your ONT for whatever reason (fibre cut or otherwise).

As above, getting a fault in place is probably a good idea as likely needs your LFC to take a look and resolve.

Internet access has been restored but interestingly the ONT still shows as ‘Interrupted’. In fact, some of the graphs further down the page seem to indicate it has been flapping between ‘Degraded’ and ‘Interrupted’ for sometime. Very odd.

Hi there. The internet is still up but is it a concern that the ONT is, according the 'graph' on the portal page, flapping between 'Good' (just once on 26/8), Unknown, Interrupted and Degraded? Thanks

Hi Plx, I live on the Otago Peninsula and am with Quic, I've had no issues. Did you manage to log a fault OK? Likely it's something wrong with your Chorus service :(
