Hi everyone

I am considering changing ISP to QUIC and looking at the Rocket 1G hyperfibre plan.

Does this plan need a different ONT installed or can the current rectangular ONT be churned to it ?

I am thinking it can since the ports on the rectangular ONT are 1GB right ?

appreciate any comments on this

thanks !

You'll need to upgrade to a Hyperfibre ONT. The standard ONT is capable of 1Gb however you need to be on a Hyperfibre connection to get the full 1G/1G.

Highly recommend signing up asap to clear out the Nokia stock for the rest of us to get the new ONT 🤣.

Depending on the router, you should be fine as they should be able to run at 1/1, but share specific model and someone will confirm.
