Hi,

Is anyone else having this problem, I have a static IP, NO VPN and TVNZ & ThreeNow think I am using a VPN located in America. It was working last week!

Is quic aware of this problem? I have tried to report it using my account portal hopefully they can fix it.

Cheers Allan

It'll take a while for providers to pick up the corrected location data. You can lodge a problem report in the Quic portal for a new IP if you can't wait for this. This is fully out of Quic / Vetta's hands now and they can't do anything else.
