HI there,

I'm trying to downgrade my quick connection but the upgrade/downgrade button is greyed out/not work. Any ideas anyone?

If it's greyed out it means you have an outstanding invoice that needs to be paid, after that is cleared you can downgrade and be pro-rated any differences.
