@Quic

Has anyone had to lodge a fault with Quic? Our internet has been down since ~midnight last night. We've checked all the status pages with no reports of network issues. Our own connection status page just says off-line.

I'm not at home which doesn;t help but my wife has rebooted the ONT and router. Lights on ONT are fine but router still reports no connection and still no internet.

I'm trying to report a fault and on the Quic support page it says to lodge a fault via a LFC Integration sidebar menu on your connection page.

But when I go to the connection page there is no LFC Integration sidebar menu?? The only options I have are below. Any help appreciated

Click on your active broadband service first then log a fault is under that menu:

I was in the active broadband service when I took that screen shot. There was no LFC Assurance sidebar menu.

However, there is now and we're back on-line!
