Anyone got a good recommendation for headphones around the $100 mark which can be worn with a bike helmet and will stay put?

Anything that goes in the ear (even just the outside bit) is a no-no as my ears get sore very easily.

Must allow ambient sound, should be rain/sweat proof.

Open to bluetooth or traditional, don't need a microphone (but that'd be a plus)

There's options on Aliexpress et al but it seems like all the mainstream manufacturers are going with in ear
