I just installed PowerDVD to play Blu-ray and made all the firmware updates and everything and I'm getting an error code of 80004003 that says invalid pointer..I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times but still getting this error..I have played Blu-ray on this computer before with this same software so I know it meets all the system requirements ( HDCP Ready using HDMI )...

Right...I appreciate that reply...I got it straight but lets see if this had anything to do with it;I was using this computer to watch Blu-Ray on but I changed computers and installed the same bundeled PowerDVD software that came with the Blu-ray drive ( and the drive ) into another computer and used it..But you know how it is with us geeks that always have to be doing something so I decided to change it back today but never uninstalled the program from the other computer ( and it was on-line ) and it never worked right till I figured it out and uninstalled it from the other computer..Does that make sence???
It came right after you uninstalled the software from a completely separate PC? If the software has a license key, then it's entirely possible if it's looking on the network for other installations... The error though is more likely relating to bad coding, or a memory fault.
