JB Hifi NZ black friday sale is live. It says 20% off, but all the prices are much more discounted at the moment. Not sure if somebody there has made a mistake in their maths, but for example Aliens is down from $65 to $41.58 which is more like a 36% discount.

Ah! It looks like they might have accidentally put 20% off twice. $64.98 x0.8 x0.8 = $41.58

Thanks to Flobbleobble for pointing it out. There is about 36% discount on all of the titles at the moment. Its obviously a mistake, so get in now before they realise.

No new releases for NZ this week. Australia get the three House of the Dragon releases. JBNZ Black Friday 20% off sale is on until December 2nd and JBAU Black Friday 30% off sale is on until December 1st.

WICKED - Part 1, the latest Broadway musical to be turned into a film; is smashing records at the worldwide box-office, with an opening weekend gross of over US$164.2 Million.

Ariana Grande, making her film debut, is, apparently, excellent as Glinda and some people are even saying that she gives an Oscar worthy performance. Praise indeed!

GLADIATOR II has passed US$220 Million and is on track for its break-even target of US$500 Million.

Another film doing better than expected at the box-office, is the third... and final film in the VENOM franchise "The Last Dance" which has taken over US$456 Million so far, and is expected to end its run in December, before becoming available on streaming services.

Ended up ordering 15 titles from this sale all from the B2G1 free selection. And also ordered 3 movies from the JB nz sale when it was mispriced for a couple hours.
