sidefx: Quite interested; I assume it'll be worth coming for non-(or noob) audiophiles, even if just to dream? ;-)
NZtechfreak:Item: Oooh tempting!
Sadly anything which will end in me telling my wife I need to upgrade from my trusty Grado 325is' will probably be vetoed...
:(
Still - Would love to get a go on the Audeze range.
Definitely come anyways :)
If you like Grado I suspect HiFiMan's offerings at the higher end would be more to your ears liking though.

I may well come along then.
Might have to lie and tell her I am going to a strip club or something though.
I love my Grados...but I would ideally like just a touch more warmth and a little extra depth to the bass - without losing those excellent mids and highs.
NZtechfreak:
Yep, that sounds like HiFiMan :)
If it wasn't clear before guys there will be a number of enthusiasts with their gear on show, and there will definitely be a spectrum that encompasses a good selection of mid-Fi gear as well as all the ridiculous unobtainium.
richms: Might have to make it and see if I actually like any of the high end headphones.
In my limited listening in the past I have actually prefered decent quality mid-end headphones to the few high end ones I have tried. So long as its not distorting and the bass doesnt sound like a teenagers honda civic parked outside I am usually happy.
