generally the female spade terminal will fit both but check which one you have. As all have said the 12v7AH is a standard UPS/burglar alarm size so shop around as prices can be hugely inflated. PBTECH do the Ritar brand which has a good name as does Panasonic some maybe from no name manufacturers and not what they seem. The batteries generally do nothing but sit there hooked up so charged all the time so generally if they will do what they say.

If anyone is interested we have some 12V 9AH ones going cheap due to failed export order that are same physical size as the 7AH but F2 terminal. PM me if interested, would prefer to sell bulk but can do ones or two's

bmoff: Be aware also that there are two terminal sizes.

And PB have them mixed up and will ship whatever and be a pain and want you to ship back when you get the wrong size for your item despite ordering the same product as before. Buy them instore so you can check.
