I presume that would come with a US powerplug? Although I guess if it is just USB then we can use a different adaptor?

Yeah likely, I'd love to get my hands on an AU ethernet adapter.

It just went live on Dick Smith and Kogan. I just ordered mine. They only have white available. Price is $114 and $12 dollar shipping to NZ.

It's the AUS model so no worries with adapters.

What's the story about adapters?
Is that to power it?

Hey G!

Both to power it, and use ethernet instead of WiFi.

I’m not used to buy products from Google; I’m wondering if we are missing out something by not waiting for the proper New Zealand version, in terms of services. Maybe something blocked, I don’t know.

1-day had them via parallel a few days ago.

Specified no NZ content and PSU swapped out on opening by their team to a NZ one.

Mine is on it's way from Aus now, I'll do a quick summary here once I receive it.

Awesome mine also shipped on Friday! But now I'm looking for a pixel 5. Sadly they are sold out on Dick Smith, any ideas where to get it from? Was going to get the 4a 5g but now had a change of heart so a bit bumped that I didn't order sooner.

Just ordered myself a Mi 10T pro 5g (8GB ram/256GB) from pbtech for $800, worth a look for that price.
