Have you had any luck with this? I am having the exact same issue and am stuck in the loop. Have tried disconnecting the wifi, booting the tv off my google account but still stuck in the same loop and can’t get to the settings on the tv to do a factory reset. Is driving me nuts?!?

Howsit, I did. It resulting in returning the tv to the store for a replacement.

I had a bit of back and forth with the Warehouse group, and they ended up sending a mainfreight truck to drop off a new TV and take the faulty one away. The next one the set up went perfectly fine and it honestly runs really well.

They were very non commital to picking up their faulty product until I spoke with the stores manager and from there on out were really good about it.
