What are the costs for the various subscriptions - either individually of the monthly rate?
All dependant on the $US/NZ$ Exchange rate. But both Netflix and Hulu+ are US7.99 per month

Yes. Although Netflix is not as fussy. I was at one stage using my Westpac credit card but am now using an AirNZ debit card for both.
