Ararat: After much messing around, this is what I have found. If I copy just the v2.00.15 executable into an existing, working v2.00.14 directory (overwriting the v2.00.14 executable), I get the same error as above, regardless of whether I use a 'new' ini file or an 'old' one.
If I copy the v2.00.14 executable into a v2.00.15 directory (again, overwriting the v2.00.15 executable), then I can get it to produce an xmltv file, but it looks like something produced by v2.00.14, ie, no HD, Widescreen or subtitle flags, and the old method of titling (ie, it breaks up the title where there is a ':').
btw, I uninstalled, deleted the folder, and reinstalled between tests.
