Hi there,

I've got some friends who need HDMI cables run from one side of their lounge (where they have an AV cabinet) to the other side where their TV sits. The complicating factor is their house is solid block/plaster so there will probably need to be some chase work done.

Can anyone recommend someone who will do a good job for a reasonable price?

There are also wireless HDMI transmitters that you can consider. I am not talking about the cheap ones, but rather ones that operate at 10Ghz that can give you lossless HDMI signals.

Maybe coffeebaron could help you out? How long are the runs? People will correct me, but I think once you get up aorund 15m 1080p starts dropping off. Therefore a couple of cat5e's or cat 6 with converters will do the trick.

Happy to check it out for you and give you an estimate (if it's doable). Flick me a PM with some contact details if interested. Would be done as HDMI over CAT6.

Belkin have launched a wireless HDMI 4 way switch in the US... should be out here soon.
Definitely worth a look.
