I had them install a head unit in my car last year. They have always been relatively knowledgeable when it comes to audio (I am no expert). I wouldn't know how there home audio prices compare but with the free install of the head unit I bought I thought they were good value for money.
Sorry not to have got back to you there "amford". Thank you for your post and to answer the "why" is that I am now working there at Top Gear Audio and I was just after some feedback on how people had found them in the past.
I am now looking forward to having a long and enjoyable employment with the boys at Top Gear.
