I am looking at the following model of wireless headphones, but would like hands on accounts of battery life and sound quality.

I have had these Headphones for 18 months and really like them. I use them in an apartment  mostly with my HD TV/Freeview Radio. Battery life is still excellent, with a handy induction charging system. The audio quality is good, could be better though. Perhaps you could try them at a Sony Store before you buy? The convenience of these headphones is really hard to beat. 
You will also look like a trainee Cyberman when wearing them.
