Just found this deal at Harvey Norman online, so i went into the store and got the same deal in store. i only wanted a 2nd tv for the bedroom so didnt think i find a good brand tv  for that price and features, so i am rapt.

It looks like they're effectively price matching JB Hifi who have 15% off Toshiba TVs.

I'd be interested to hear your feedback on this model as I'm in the market for a 32" or 42". I would have bought one of those Toshiba units this weekend, but unfortunately I'm not moving house for a few weeks and have nowhere to store it in the meantime.

the price on the box was $1499.00, and have just found out that it supports media players, avi, mkv, mpg,mpeg and vob formats, so im even happier now .

Hope it has ok deinterlacer, every Toshiba I have dealt with is crap in this area, that said it was 2-3yrs ago since I dealt with them.

It looks a bit cheap/clunky, but a great price for a TV that size, so looks to be a good deal. Hope it is reliable.
