I have a UK user who is having a problem with WMC showing No Signal if he runs EPG Collector with WMC loaded.

He loads WMC watches a channel, stops watching, leaves WMC loaded and runs EPG Collector. That works fine and collects and imports the data.

When he then switches back toi WMC and trys to watch a channel WMC responds with No Signal and he has to actually reboot the machine to get WMC to work again.

If he runs EPG Collector and loads WMC after it has finished he doesn't have any problems.

I can't recreate this on my Win7 setup and all appears to work fine no matter how many times I run EPG Collector while WMC is loaded.

He's using a TBS DVB-S2 tuner.

Has anybody come across this problem or have any ideas.

To me that sounds like a hardware/driver issue. No chance of him trying a different card?
