And I can't even create new ones anymore! As in, the "green" option for series link doesn't show up in the guide or once I've hit record! I've resetting the MySky box, what else should I do? Anyone else here experiencing the same thing? :/

I've noticed a few of my Series links have started to disappear surprisingly they're mostly on Prime which Sky now owns

SKY have had a database issue over the past couple of days that killed series links. I was told that they were back on the box today.

The ones I noticed that disappeared were on TVNZ, which made me wonder if the uplink was changed again. Thanks Manaia for clueing us in. Some (all?) of mine reappeared by themselves.

The gremlins that ate all those series links must be very fat and sluggish by now!

I understand that the uplink for TVNZ regional was changed back last Friday night. That in itself would have broken any series links for TVNZ programmes made by viewers south of Taupo during the week or so that they were visiting on the Auckland feed.

This wasn't last friday. This last wednesday (two days ago) I noticed that the series links on TVNZ that had been working for a few days did not produce bookings for thursday, and when I rebooked them they did not have a series link option visible.
