So that's the end of my free source of video clips.

Mediaworks would rather broadcast regionalised advertising for TV3 or timeshifted programs on TV3+1 than pay for satellite bandwidth for C4.

Same goes for TVNZ. Regionalised advertising for TV1 and TV1+1 rather than broadcast in HD.

FTA on satellite is dying a slow and painful death.

And it's not encrypted. So just tune to that frequency to pick it up.

Yes of course it is. Thanks. Fortunately I'm not using a FV box.

I'll rephrase my last sentence. Freeview on satellite is dying a slow and painful death.

Incidentally why do Sky bother encrypting Prime when it is also available FTA?

my freeview certified myfreeview receiver can receive non freeview channels.  You just dont have the full epg as its not added to the freeview epg.  Just have now and next

Any my FV one cannot tune them.

Have to wonder why mediaworks cant just point the boxes at the C4 on skys transponder like sky do the other way around.
