came home from shopping and found we couldnt use the planner option error code x362. also when using record error code was x322. phone helpdesk and a techie will be here tomorrow. any help would be good

Did you try a soft reboot (GoBack and Select simultaneously on the front panel)? If that didn't work, try unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds (with the decoder on standby).

Prblems is still the same. Now getting the amosheric condition on most chanells. Take perhaps a couple of minutes before we get the chanell we wont

Had techies through a couple of times before the problem was fixed. We got a new decoder techie went away and then had problems as Mysky would only let us watch the same channel that was recording. The next techie found that the LNB itself needed to be reset ie power off then on as their could have been a problem with the cabling in our new apartment. Wife like the product so still happy with MySky
